"We love this hotel.....the staff is lovely, the location is great. I would like to have a shower cap instead of three make-up remover packs. The breakfast is adequate but I a gluten free and there were just regular muffins and no option for toasting bread which I usually bring with me. There was yogurt and fruit which was great. We are coming again next month and will stay at the Senator."

"They accidentally charged my daughter’s credit card instead of mine. I had confirmed with them to charge it to mine before I left but a mistake was made. No worries…these things happen - I called the hotel to rectify the situation and the front desk admin team was great about refunding her card and charging mine. However, there will be a delay for a day or two because she didn’t have the authority to do it without the manager. In the future, I hope the hotel gives the admin team the power to do this simple transaction when a manager is not present to “sign off”. It causes unnecessary delays in straightforward transactions and rectification of mistakes made. Trust your team! Aside from that-the hotel was clean, quiet, and lovely - easy Ubers to the downtown core."
