Private: property 800 m2, well-kept terraced garden with lawn and wildlife garden. Hot tub. 600 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, sandy beach "Marina di Grosseto" 33 km. Nearby attractions: Grosseto 16 km, Magliano in Toscana 30 km, Talamone 40 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 40 km, Campagnatico 20 km. Hiking paths: Parco dell´Uccellina 30 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.
