An idyllic spot for couples, herb garden, large terrace, 3,000 m², in the countryside, near Scicli

A unique former 19th-century cowshed, stylishly restored, with a modern addition (bathroom and utility area added in 2021), situated on 3,000 square metres of farmland and surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. The beaches of Sampieri and Marina di Modica, as well as the beautiful Baroque towns of Scicli and Modica, are all within a 10- to 15-minute drive. La Casetta Vecchia, nestled in the heart of unspoiled nature, is perfect for a romantic getaway for two.

The tiny house (42 square metres) features an open-concept living area with a sleeper sofa, a large built-in closet, an adjacent kitchenette with a dining table, and a modern bathroom with a shower and utility area (washer, dryer, and shelves).

Above the kitchen area is a second level at a height of approximately 2.4 m, spanning the entire width (5.5 m x 2.4 m), with two additional sleeping areas (slatted frames and comfortable mattresses (0.9 x 2 m)).

A spacious terrace overlooking the Mediterranean garden, featuring fig trees, citrus trees, a wide variety of herbs, and various plants, is available for your full use.

A special highlight is the shower area with a view of the Mediterranean garden and the surrounding landscape. The luxury lies in the details and the design.

The kitchen area features two stovetops, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a small wine refrigerator, an espresso machine, etc. Dinnerware for up to four people and many other useful utensils are provided for lovely evenings cooking together as a couple.
