Amazing gem

What a gem in the heart of Scranton! We are world travelers and this hotel met our criteria for an excellent stay. Clean, beautiful, kind staff, good restaurant, and spacious and comfortable rooms/furniture. We would absolutely stay again and recommend anyone else to do the same.

Place was beautiful, it was also mentioned in the office so it was a must stay for me either way. But I was very happy with the place overall and staff were very accommodating of me and my pets. It’s rare to stay in a pet friendly place that is still decent and this was nice! Coming back to town just to stay here again.

Love how they converted the old train station into a hotel. Didn’t like that the room felt overly used and worn. The wood work was chipped and worm. Even the throw blanket look stained.

Great stay!!!!!

Our stay was excellent. The hotel was very clean. Great customer service. The staff were so polite and accommodating. I love the fact the restaurant had late night hours. The food was delicious. Whenever I'm in the area this will definitely be where we will be staying.

This was a sweet find! Loved the architecture of this hotel! The rooms were updated and modern. Super clean. Comfortable beds! The staff were very welcoming! The front girl ,I think her name was Deseanne (sp?) was super friendly!!! The lounge was nice. Breakfast had lots of options! Price was super reasonable! Highly recommend! We definitely will come back to visit Scranton!

Staff is great. Friendly and helpful. The room was not comfortable. The ac unit was so loud and the room had a musty smell. It’s a lovely lobby.

the history of the hotel was amazing. A bad experience with the room. The tv signal was horrendous, was on a off, freezing all the time. We call for maintenance and did not show up. I did not have time to eat in the premises.

Unsafe bathroom and tub/shower. Pretty but very slippery bathroom floor. Tub had NO safety handrails and floor was NOT antiskid. I fell and hit my head, fortunately was not hurt.Check out clerk - Oh I'm sorry ?! Overall a good effort to make a old facility current but still dated.
