It was a last minute need a hotel accommodation. When we arrive at the location, I had to cross over a pool of water and the office was closed and someone came out of the room. The room was disgusting, unclean, and unsafe, and the maintenance staff was not on point and the pool was dirty. I would definitely like a future accommodation at another location of my choice for the amount that I pay for that room and I will gladly pay the difference. Definitely a horrible experience.

It was October 19 and was not intending to use the pool and pool was not available obviously. All other aspects were good, place was clean, staff were good, place was safe, good location. Good Price, would stay there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We stayed 1 night and it was ok, so we decided to come back 2 weeks later and it was terrible!! The atmosphere changed, The whole area smelled of weed including our bathroom smelled of weed really bad . The room was dirty, walls filthy, the extra toilet paper roll they provided was soaking wet , so disgusting! The door wasn’t secure enough when locked, ripped up ceiling in bathroom looked sketchy, rundown place and nothing nice about it! unsafe area, loud guests fighting and making a bunch of noise, hanging out by the pool you can hear people getting it on downstairs , just not a family orientated place to vacation at, looked like a crack house for druggies, if you want to encounter highly intoxicated people including their employees, place smelling like weed, shady people coming in and out like we witnessed 2 cars pull up from different states that were meeting up, it happened to be a pimp and his prostitute that came in and booked a stay, just stay away!! There are so many other places to stay at and this isn’t one of them!! Save your money and go somewhere else!! The only thing I can say that was nice was the pool looked clean and the staff was friendly, that is when they weren’t too busy getting high or drunk, other than that, you get what you pay for!!

It’s need a little more up dating. New rug the rug has an ord . Toilet too low to the floor needs to be replaced bathroom needs some wear to han wash cloths. overall, everything else was pretty good.

Cleaner then alot of motels down the Jersey shore. Short walk to boardwalk and beach. The rooms with 3 queen sized beds in perfect for family's.

Furnishings are horrible. If they were put out on the street with the sign "FREE" no one would take them. poor lighting, no bar for hangers, no fold out racks for drying clothes. Poor sound insulation.
