I am writing to request a full refund for my recent stay. Throughout the entire nightâand even still going off when I left the next morningâthe security alarm in the main building was sounding nonstop. The noise made it nearly impossible to sleep, and I barely rested at all.
I sent a message to the hotel during the night to report the issue, but no one responded. The lack of communication, combined with the ongoing alarm, made the situation extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a Marriott property.
Given the severe disturbance, lack of rest, and absence of support from the staff, I am requesting a full refund for this stay. Please address this matter promptly.
