Recently renovated, small and cozy apartment 2 blocks from the bay, 2.5 blocks from the beach. Boardwalk, restaurants and other attractions within walking distance.

Extremely clean and in good shape. Walkable to the boardwalk yet not too close that it’s noisy. Beach passes were a plus. In unit laundry and a nice porch to hang out on. Owner was very welcoming and responsive. Bathroom is small but manageable. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is clean, has comfortable beds, a washer/dryer, and a wonderful host!We forgot some items when we left and Penko contacted us and kept them safe until we could pick them up!

We really loved our getaway and our stay at this Jersey Shore cozy condo. We had very kind and friendly hosts who made us feel right at home. Ani and Penko reallly put in the effort to made sure the condo had all the amenities we needed. Very clean too, inside and out. They are really caring and attending too, by always being available should any questions or concerns arise. You do not only get a bargain in terms of the Vrbo pricing for your stay with the Andreev family, but close proximity to the beach, boardwalk and so many things do in the area! This condo was definitely Jersey Shore’s best secret.

Great place and hosts are so nice.

We had a wonderful time here the condo is on 2nd floor so there are some stairs. The place is cute, and has everything stocked. The hosts are very nice and on property. We were allowed to borrow beach chairs and umbrella for beach. It’s about 4 blocks down from NJ shore.

Only a few walking blocks to the boardwalk. Grandkids loved sleeping in the bunk beds and the full kitchen, washer/dryer and beach badges were a Godsend! The owner was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. Would stay here again.

My son and I had a great stay at Penko’s 2-bedroom apartment in Seaside Heights. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living space easily met our needs. Penko was an incredibly kind and responsive host, ensuring our stay was easy and enjoyable. The location was perfect, offering quick access to the beach. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great seaside getaway!

My husband and I really enjoyed our 2 week vacation at the beach in this super clean and great location apartment. It’s a 2 bedroom with full size kitchen that included everything we needed for our stay. It is walking distance to boardwalk, beach and many restaurants. Property manager family is very nice and accommodating. We would highly recommend staying here and will be a return customer next time we’re in NJ.

Amazing stay

I had to rent a place on VRBO on short notice due to personal reasons and the host was so accommodating. The space was perfect for what I needed. A relaxing getaway where I can read, binge Netflix and walk to the beach. A staycation. The space was beautiful inside and the TV had Netflix, Hulu, and other video streaming sites you could log onto and that was a plus. Only complaint was that the wifi was a little slow while I was trying to do some homework and there were no oven mitts but other than that it was perfect. Would stay here again. I also enjoyed seeing your Christmas decorations! Merry Christmas to you and your family! I can’t thank you enough !

Clean and well-equipped apartment

The apartment was the right size for a family of 5 with small kids. Clean and having linens and towels were a plus. Kitchen was fully equipped considering we needed to cook 2-3 meals a day for my 3 and 5 year olds. The owners were great and very easy to communicate with.

Awesome stay!

Great things come in small packages!

Absolutely beautiful! Enjoyed every moment, cozy 2 br apt with all the needs fulfilled and then some. Wonderful family getaway, I will be making this a yearly stay thru Penko Most definitely! I didn’t want to leave and wouldn’t if I’d been able to keep staying! I can say it’s going to be hard for another rental to meet the wonderful standards in which Penko and his family have and lengths they go to for their guests, they truly go above and beyond, I cannot wait to go back to stay there! Thank you guys so much, truly was an honor and I am quite grateful for such hospitality!!!

Sept. Getaway in Seaside Heights, NJ.

We really liked this cute, cozy place! It was perfect for our family. The walk to the beach wasn't very far and since it was after Labor Day, it wasn't crowded on the beach or Boardwalk.

Quick Labor Day Getaway

Perfect weekend! We could not have asked for better weather, a clean, friendly home environment for our family getaway! The host family treated us like family. The home was clean and well taken care of. The family let us use their wagon to carry my granddaughter and all our beach supplies to the beach. We would gladly go back and spend more time there in the future!

Nice place

Very nice apartment to stay in while visiting the Jersey Shore. The apartment was very clean and met all our needs. Close to the boardwalk and beach. The owners were nice to work with and communicated well.
