The room was nice, spacious, and clean, and the hotel location was scenic and an easy walk to the main part of town. The pool area was a lot of fun for the kids. However, we did have one pretty major issue. We paid extra for an upgraded room that had a separate bedroom and full kitchen.

We got stuck in the elevator and had to be rescued by the fire department and the hotel didn't do anything or even check on us. My special needs daughter was crying and never truly recovered after the incident. It totally put a damper on our trip

We like staying here from time to time when we come to Seaside. I like that there are two bedroom hotel rooms as an option. The price was really high for the time of year we went though, and there was a lot of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Also, our river view room was over overlooking the road, so it was really noisy and we could only see the river by going out on the balcony and looking to the right. We did not do their breakfast because we wanted a nice hot breakfast so we went elsewhere for that. I really like the coffee pots in the room, the room we had made a few cups per pack so we weren’t using those individual ones that don’t last long.

Such Fantastic service! Staff is amazing and very tentative to needs and requests. Room was very clean! Romance package was Wonderful! Spent Friday and Saturday night, great view of the river. Cozy by the fireplace.

Our room smelled like pet urine in the kitchen. The small wine bar didnt ever have anyone working in it and the front desk workers had no idea what they were doing, couldnt even make a mimosa . The desserts were unavailable there. Took an Hour to pay for a beer because the worker was the front desk employee, bartender and food maker and answering phones taking reaervations . Never towels in pool. Breakfast was very basic which is just fine
