Broken elevator

Main elevator was broken & down for 3 weeks & no estimate for repair. Only one small elevator available. Difficult to load cart in & out of small elevator. Needed to wait for others to do the same. No one from staff available to help. No discount for difficulty. Previous stays at this hotel involved back door lock broken. Guests used rock to keep door open. Security issue. If closed needed to walk to front of building through parking lot. Basically repair issues & safety issues. Repairs not done in timely manner. Some guy was sitting in lobby telling desk staff what to do, but ignored helping guests. Overall disappointing, will look for other options for Lynnwood stay.

I have been co.ing for ueats to this property, I didnt like the fact tjat now we jave to pay for parking and they removed the dinner option after the pandemic passwd...I always looked forward to those options but still breakfast very good and convenient location when we visit our daughter

Room was dirty upon arrival, specifically bathroom and kitchen areas. Furniture was also damaged. Pull out couches need to be replaced. Mattresses very stained and covered with mattress protectors. Pool area and dining areas were great. Parking overnight was a $10 fee. Thin walls.

The pool and hot tub were not open when they said they would be, staff was not that friendly, bedding wasn’t available for the extra beds even though it was set up for 7, although they did get some when we went to the front desk to ask. It was also disappointing that there was limited tv options without paying extra and no free WiFi. We were expecting more for the amount we paid.

The pool was small and crowded. My kids reported that the water temperature was cold. We got a call around 11:45pm that my kids were being loud despite being in the room next door and not hearing any noise. However around 4:30am I was woken do loud music playing from the room above me. I did not complain because the rooms are decently around proof. But I was surprised that it went on so long, due to getting a call for ourselves when

Hotel is in excellent condition and we appreciated the amenities and cleanliness. Breakfast was very good. Surprised to pay for parking. Beds were too hard and rooms can be noisey due to lack of sound as abatement; we were fortunate to have mostly quiet neighbors but occasionally easily heard normal talking and a few dogs bark.
