The entrance was a little tricky to find because I passed by it and missed it once. The front desk was very welcoming and the atmosphere was well decorated and organized. The AC unit was a bit noisy but there was earplugs they provided to have a good night rest due to the noise outside and the train station. The blowdryer in the bathroom was noisy when I was using it. Overall, it was a nice stay for me and my friend which it was our first time staying at that location but I have stayed at The Lynnwood location before. The breakfast was delicious and housekeeping was friendly and helpful.

We’ve stayed here many times over the years now and it’s always great to be close to the mall and the different dining options. Over the last year now we’ve noticed that the hot tub in the pool area has been covered over for some reason which is a little inconvenient

I liked how close it was to restaurants , shopping and freeway but it is in the back of a parking lot and there were a few sketchy sites. The staff was decent…the elevator unfortunately was out of order, so we had to carry 7 suitcases down 3 flights of stairs. The pool area was not well lit and not very inviting when compared to the online photos.
