A little outside of Caimari, the 2-storey Finca Casa Caimari is located on a plot with a total area of 5,000 m². On 130 m² of living space, the Majorcan country house offers a comfortable living room, a modern, very well equipped kitchen with a dining area, 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms. It can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, air-conditioning (in two of the 3 bedrooms), a fireplace, a wood stove, a TV set, a baby cot and a highchair. Outside you will find a garden decorated with Mediterranean plants and a sun terrace. Have a meal prepared on the barbecue at the dining table and round off mild summer evenings with a glass of full-bodied wine. From here you have an impressive view of the top of the mountain on whose hillside the property is situated. Far away from the hustle and bustle of the touristic areas and in harmony with nature, you can experience an unforgettable holiday here! A selection of supermarkets can be reached after 500 m or a 6-minute walk and shops, a pharmacy, restaurants, bars as well as cafés are 350 m away from the accommodation. The beautiful bays and sandy beaches of the north and east coast are only 24 km away.

Super little villa

Lovely authentic villa at the bottom of some great cycling routes. Lovely decor & everything you’ll need for a happy holiday.

Tolles Haus, liebe Menschen.

Pros: Das Haus war sehr sauber, sehr hübsch und hatte einen tollen Pool. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Cons: Leider ist die Lage zu Fuß etwas sehr abseits. Auch ist die Zufahrt sehr eng und schmal.

Schöne und authentische Finca

Pros: Wirklich schöne Finca mit ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Tolle Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Gut gelegen, um den Westen (von Süd nach Nord) von Mallorca zu erkunden. Cons: Die Finca ist wirklich sehr schwer mit dem Auto zu erreichen, da die Straßen bzw. Gassen sehr eng sind. Je nachdem wie andere Autos parken und wie groß das eigene / gemietete Auto ist, kann das eine große Herausforderung sein. Wir hatten einen Toyota HEV und es war Zentimeter-Arbeit.

Pros: Smukt hus i hyggelig bjerg-landsby. Meget venlig vært. Cons: Meddelelse om meget smal vej og port op til huset. Vi skiftede udlejningsbil til en mindre model.

Eine familiäre Finca in wunderschöner Umgebung.

Pros: Der check in wurde im Vorfeld via WhatsApp mit der Vermieterin besprochen und war somit zeitlich sehr flexibel möglich. Wir kamen nachts gegen 0.30 Uhr an und kamen problemlos in die Finca. Die Unterkunft wird von der Vermieterin selbst für ihre Familie genutzt und so ist sie auch ausgestattet. 3 Schlafzimmer, heimeliges Wohnzimmer, 2 Bäder (1 im Haus, 1 aussen) große Küche mit sehr guter Ausstattung, Waschmaschine, 2 Trockenständer, toller Pool. Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Wir als 6köpfige Familie konnten uns dort sehr gut versorgen und entspannen. Caimari selbst ist ein kleiner Ort nahe Inca. Die Gassen sind eng, die Bewohner freundlich, die Umgebung sehr schön. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war ungewohnt intensiv, da der Hausherr sich selbst um die Pflege des Gartens und des Pools kümmert und sein Erscheinen immer mit uns abgesprochen wurde. Er ist sehr herzlich, spricht kein deutsch und nur wenig englisch. Mit Hilfe einer Übersetzungs App( say hi) konnten aber gut reden. Cons: Auf den ersten Blick negativ war die sehr enge Zufahrt zur Finca. Nur mit eingeklappten Spiegeln gelangten wir aufs Gehöft. Aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Zu unserer Zeit waren die Wespen in Caimari sehr aktiv. Morgens und abends wurden sie unruhig, mittags und nachts kaum zu sehen. Das Problem hat nicht nur die Finca, stört aber dennoch. Wenn unsere Jugendlichen am Handy waren, die Kleine im Wohnzimmer und ich in der Küche stand, kam es mehrfach vor, dass die Sicherung raussprang und der Strom im Haus weg war. Der Sicherungskasten ist in der Küche und das Problem rasch behoben. Jedoch sind die Stromleitungen offensichtlich nicht für intensive Benutzung ausgelegt. Ofen und Geschirrspüler sollten nicht zusammen betrieben werden.

Finca Urlaub, wie man ihn sich vorstellt!

Pros: Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Besitzern, abseits vom Mallorca Trubel mit schönem Blick auf die Sierra de Tramuntana. Perfekt zum Wandern, was im Sommer für uns jedoch zu heiss war. Die Küche im Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Der Pool war bei den warmen Temperaturen perfekt, um sich abzukühlen. Cons: Um an den Strand zu kommen, musste man relativ weit fahren, dafür hat man es aber schön ruhig. Ein zweiter Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre gut, soll wohl aber kommen.

Pros: Tolle, ruhige, abgeschiedene Lage zum Entspannen. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Cons: Sehr viele Wespen im Garten trotz Wespenfallen. Eine unserer Tochter wurde in den Hals gestochen... draußen sitzen zum Essen leider unmöglich... Nervende, ununterbrochen bellende Hunde auf dem Nachbargrundstück.
