The hotel was well located and it was clean. The location was close to some of the main tourist sites and conveniently located to public transportation. The gym was a real positive for me and I am a gym person so it was important for me and probably the best gym I’ve been too. It had a nice set of weight equipment.

This place was absolutely wonderful. The staff was super nice, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the little bath spa in the room was as great the kids had a blast. They have ramen and cereal with milk 24/7 if you want a snack and is free. There’s also a 7eleven next to the place. Is well centet d lots of retaurants and even though is on a busy well known street it is quiet. We absolutely love this and it is now our favorite place to stay in Seoul. We are looking forward for lot more stays

Well located hotel for the area a few minutes to a buzzing area for food and drink. Close to the underground for easy access to the city and an easy walk to the Palace. One thing to note is check-in is 6pm and you are charged to leave your bags or if you want to access your room any earlier. Coming off a long international flight this is annoying. The room was fine with a mini-fridge and tv with streaming channels.

I arrived in Seoul late (after 10pm) and there was no information provided to me when I booked that I would need a reservation number to self check-in. The self check-in machine did not recognise my foreign passport and it took 3 service people to be able to assist me. If I needed a check in number, this should have been provided to me, along with any check in particulars when I booked me accommodation. It wasn't a great start.

Room - Stayed one night for biz in the standard room. A bit small, lacking in storage space (as mentioned by other travelers) but clean, and cozy. Bathroom/shower room was quite spacious, though. Loved their neck support pillow and crisp bed linen. Really slept well. (I ended up buying the same pillow!) // Area - Lots of good eateries and small unique bars nearby in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff - super friendly, good communication. Will definitely revisit.

Everything is ready but the advertisement is super misleading. The spa cost 50000 won and it not part of the room. Expedia makes it look like the private spa is in the room which is not the case at all.

Quiet at night. Felt very safe walking around alone. Lots of tourists during the day for Bukchon village and Changdeokgung palace so plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. 5 mins walk from Anguk metro station. In fact I got all the way there on public transport from Incheon Airport. Staff were lovely especially Teresa who has excellent English. The room was very clean, tidy and well maintained. It is very small though. As I am a single traveller that was ok but no wardrobe or storage space really. Kettle, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower soap all provided. Breakfast was very basic - toast, cereal, noodles, coffee. It was also a bit tricky to find as it is tucked away behind the shops on the main street.

When we first arrived, we noticed a blood stain on the fitted sheet. We let the staff know and the young lady with the glasses was very apologetic and and helped us change rooms. We then paid extra for a bigger room. That night my husband showered in the bathroom and he said the water was not draining while he showered. The sink also filled up with water and did not go down well when we washed our hands. When we were out the next day we tried calling the hotel many times but did not get an answer. When we finally got a hold of someone, they said they would take a look. When we got back we went to the front desk and let them know we called about the draining issue. He said it had been taken care of. When we were in our room I had curling sounds from the drain for the next couple of hours. We ended up staying two nights at this hotel when we booked for seven days and went to a different hotel, which we had to pay extra for. We did not feel comfortable. FYI- my husband and I got only one room key. When we asked for two, the man said no it’s our policy to give only one. We asked if we could buy a second he also said no. My husband and I had to do a lot of coordinating because of this.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres, légèrement un peu petit pour de grosses valises. Le spa privé est un vrai plus ! 50 000 wons à prévoir en plus pour le spa.

Läget för boendet var jättebra, supernära tunnelbanan och bra matställen att gå till i närheten. Dock var det svårt att få hjälp från personalen. Städningen skedde under eftermiddagen då vi skulle vilja vara på hotellrummet. Frukosten va ofta slut när man kom ner. Och då var vi där runt 8-9 och den öppnade 7! I övrigt fräsch boende.

安國駅5番出口(エスカレーターあり)から数分の距離でした。最初は、場所が分かり辛かったのですが、実際には、北村や仁寺洞、益善洞、そして、広蔵市場、東大門などの観光拠点として素晴らしい立地でした。仁川国際空港からは、安國駅まで高級リムジンバスを利用すると快適に移動できます。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれるので助かりました。部屋も清潔で、ホテルの入口付近にミネラルウォーターや替えのタオル、トイレットペーパーなどが置いてあり、宿泊者がセルフで補充するシステムになっています。朝食は、カップ麺(辛ラーメンなど)と食パン、マーガリン、イチゴジャムだけで、飲み物は、牛乳やコーヒーです。ホテルの周辺にはたくさんのカフェや食堂がありますし、無料のサービスなので、特に不満はありませんでした。直ぐ近くにセブンイレブンがあり、ちょっとした買い出しに便利でした。部屋のTVでは、ネットフリックスなども観られたので、楽しく過ごせました。ネット環境は、パスワードなしのフリーではありましたが、繋がりは快適でした。 一点だけ気になったのは、下水の配管からの臭いでした。バス・トイレルームから臭うので、その扉とベッドルームの扉の両方を閉め、換気扇を回せば、ある程度は凌げます。配管からの臭いは、韓国あるあるなので、大きな失点とは言い切れませんが。
