The place was immaculate and comfortable. My husband used the Gym and said the machines were in good shape. Located in a great area close to the train station. They stored our luggage while we went to Busan for a few days as we were staying our last night there

The room was fine. I like that it had a safe, tv that I could watch my Netflix, refrigerator, enough closet space and drawers. I didn’t like the staff. They were not very accommodating even though they had a smile. They didn’t let me check-in early and when I went back, they let another person cut in front of me. They send me directions without me asking for them and got me lost. Location was ok, but not much food around.

Room is a bit small. But the room is clean and comfortable. The biggest selling point is the closeness to major hot spots and shopping center. Staff remain politeness and helpful. The only drawback is the language barrier. However, there is always a Google translate app available.
