Lara our assistant for the week was fantastic and the waiters were so kind and sweet to our 3 year old daughter. The staff went over and Beyond to make our stay the best.

The hotel is amazing. The staff is so friendly and extremely helpful. The kidsclub is excellently set up. Our children enjoyed the workshops, had a great time with the kidsclub-staff, they loved the whole space. The hotel in general is very clean and fresh. I couldn't think about anything that we thought that was missing. Best hotel to go for families. We will definitely go back.

Not an all inclusive resort with the majority of the resturant’s charging extra to dine there. The Asian restaurant was an extra €40pp! While our stay was good, it certainly was not worth the money.

Nice resort, needs some renovation especially in some rooms. Friendly staff but had some problems in the reception service while checking in and checking out as they made me waiting with my families to get the late check out although i pay for it and it was mention when i did the reservation that the late check out is guaranteed
