This should not be called an airport hotel. It is false advertising...cost me 50 Euro to get to the airport. The room quality was also very poor...horrendous mold in the shower, shower flooded out into the bathroom, door locks didn't work as they were some modern security lock that started alarming in the middle of the night for an unexplained reason, wall paper was falling off the walls...not up to the Novotel brand that i know from north america as a premium European brand.

It's not a 4star hotel. The towels are old. I asked them to change it. The staff were helpful. It takes about one hour by bus to be in old town.

We checked in late in the evening and the staff were not very welcoming. The taxi cost over €30 because the hotel falls into a different area to other airport hotels. On check in , no information given re wi-fi and we could not locate any in the room either. Room was very basic but clean. I was due to stay here the night before my return flight but cancelled and stayed at Wyndham Garden instead - very good decision.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! The most vile hotel we have ever stayed at. PROS: NONE! CONS: 1. No advice at check in about amenities within the hotel, restaurant times etc 2. Staff rude, don't really want to help 3. Carpets stained everywhere 4. Bathroom light constantly flickering 5. Bathroom light switch 'sizzling' - electricity sound (health & safety issue) 6. Complained to reception for 3 days consecutively about the bathroom, told it was fixed but it never was 7. Water coming from taps was brown 8. I have been bitten by something in the room Please do not book, no matter how cheap. Hotel is 40 mins away from city centre - costs £40+ in taxi fare.

The AC was not operable, and we got bed bugs. There are many, many reviews pleading with the hotel to activate the AC. The hotel has responded to reviews but has failed to take action. They do not care. The room was so hot. Opening the window is not a good option - the hotel is next to the highway and noise kept us awake. Also felt unsafe to have our toddler next to the open window with no screen or barrier. We noticed bites the next day. Upon unpacking, we found a live bed bug in our luggage. Was expecting a clean, generic experience to get a good sleep before a long flight. Did not have a good sleep.
