"The room was generally clean but dusty and sticky in some areas. We also had no hot water the first day. It was fixed by a very nice engineer in the evening but still rather inconvenient for a nice resort.
The staff was nice but I was rather irritated by one staff member who told us we couldn’t eat our takeout in the lobby. Not sure where we’re supposed to eat it if not in the lobby. We have a living room and yet not enough chairs or table space to eat.
Additionally, there was a lot of disturbance out in the hallways at 1am and took way too long for someone to handle it.
Restaurants were very nice. Ate several dinners there and many lunches by the pool. Pool was beautiful but a bit crowded. Overall very nice vacation. Would definitely go back. Just expected more or a Marriott and for the expensive daily resort fees. Also need a pickleball court. "
