Silver Bear is a brand-new large cabin on 1.5 private acres: no neighbors, no noise, just your family and friends. Kids take over the arcade and air hockey upstairs while adults soak in the hot tub or relax in front of the fireplace. End the night around the stone fire pit. Built in 2022 with granite countertops and king beds, this is the cabin everyone wishes they'd booked.

- The cabin is in a great location with easy, quick and scenic drive to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Wonderful for getting away from the crowds! Take the back roads to Dollywood and avoid the traffic.

King bedroom with private bathroom + Queen sofa sleeper in living room.

SECOND FLOOR:
• King bedroom with private bathroom
• Queen bunk bedroom (Queen over Queen). A huge hit with the kids yet sturdy enough for adults.
• Open game room with Queen sofa sleeper (not a bedroom, not enclosed)
• Bunk and game room share a bathroom

KITCHEN:
Enjoy a fully stocked, open-concept kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Perfect for cooking up a big family breakfast or a cozy dinner.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a big cozy feel with a stone fireplace and plenty of seating to relax after a day out.

GAME ROOM:
This open, top-floor space is a blast for kids and kids at heart! With treetop views, arcade games, air hockey, and board games, you’ll feel like you’re in a giant tree-house.

OUTSIDE:
• Covered back patio: hot tub, outdoor cedar dining table for your al fresco meals, and a wood swing
• Covered front porch with rocking chairs
• Large backyard with corn hole/bean bag toss

• No steep cliffs, no through traffic—just peace and quiet

ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKING:
• No stairs to first floor, but there are stairs leading to the second floor.

• Ample flat parking space for multiple vehicles

GUEST ACCESS: You’ll have full access to the entire cabin.

ENTRY
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. A few days before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys, just arrive at the cabin!

12 miles to Pigeon Forge
15 miles to Gatlinburg
16 miles to Great Smoky Mountains National Park

TRAVEL TO THE CABIN
The road to the cabin is narrow with a few turns. It is paved all the way except for the street that the cabin is on, which is gravel. The first part of the street is on a slight incline with some unevenness in the roadway. Even though you can make it to the cabin in any type of vehicle, even a small sedan or a mini SUV, in inclement weather 4WD and AWD is advised. A custom lowered vehicle may have difficulties. There are no steep cliffside drop-offs.

Other things to note:
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. No refund will be issued for late arrival and/or early departure initiated by the guest.
- We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
- The 4th bedroom is an open space Game Room, it's not enclosed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. You’re welcome to smoke outside away from the doors and windows.
- A security camera is outside and only points towards the driveway. It is used for emergency purposes only. You have your privacy everywhere else outside (porch, hot tub, fire pit). There are no cameras or any other monitoring devices inside of the cabin.
- The cabin is on well water. We have whole house water filtration system installed.
- Linens and pillows are provided for all beds and sleeper sofas.
- Minimum age to book is 18.

There is $250 security deposit hold placed on your credit/debit card and it’s released after your departure if there’s no damage to the property. So far we’ve had great guests and released 100% of all security deposits.
