Wished that I could have stayed for more days. Convenient location - Hongqiao high speed train station, subway, airport - all cross the street. Nice and clean hotel rooms. Got a upgrade to a suite. The best swimming pool among all the hotels I stayed last year. Friendly and polite staff members and great service. Two minor things. They have laundry rooms, but you need to get tokens from the front desk. If they change it to pay-via-an-app or free, that would be better. Although the swimming pool hour was till 11pm, the staff actually closed it down round 10:40pm.

The front desk lady was very nice and quick especially when helping with our small kids. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel was excellent and chef was able to speak fluent English in the morning when serving omelets

Nice modern hotel and efficient service. The only problem we had was the air-con was not great, and as it was 35 degrees when we stayed there this made the room almost uncomfortable.
