I Booked two rooms.
The Inside bathroom of double room, the ceiling was coming down and black mold was up the walls.,this was next to the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in my life.the bathtub was so dirty I didn't want to stand in it ,and both the tub and sink faucets were broken.the bedroom carpet had a large stain that was still crusty and had not been cleaned. In lobby area bathrooms no toilet paper and dirty.i would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
1. I asked for a room on the 1st floor because I was traveling with an elderly woman. I was told they had no rooms available on the 1st floor.
Get inside the room and it had not been cleaned. Beds unmade, towels on the floor etc. I go tell the person at the front desk and the response was, "really?". He then gave me another room located ON THE 1ST FLOOR....
2. We were there for 3 nights and every night we returned our key card would not work.
3. The fridge did not work and housekeeping left food in the microwave from the folks that were there before is.
4. All these issues and not once did anyone apologize for the terrible service.
I didn't think to take pics of the first room. I didn't find the issues with the fridge and microwave until the night before we were leaving.
To be fair, the room itself was descent, but the customer service experience was absolutely terrible!!!

Terrible stay. First the room key wouldn't work. Got a new key and someone was already staying in that room. Gave me a new room. That room was nasty! Mouse dropping in the corner, stains on the pillow case, and someone else hair stuck to the wall in the shower
My room smelled bad. The front desk employee wasn't very courteous. The doors at the back of the building were broken and anyone could come in. The place is very run down
It’s illegal to harass a disabled person WTH a service dog. This is for a disabled veteran. We request led the appropriate disabled room as well. I do understand people have emotional support animals. We have a legit service dog. He tried to charge us $50 for the dog. The bathroom door would close, there was a hole in the wall next to the toilet, breakfast had dry blueberry muffins and 3 types of cream. No toast, no juice, and not even sugar for coffee! Then when we woke up the mattress was so hard we could barely walk. We left even though we were paid up till the next day. We were going to check out when we saw a guy dressed like a rapper at the front desk wearing sunglasses inside. At that point I couldn’t take anymore. There wasn’t even a coffee pot in the room. This place is one of the worst in all my 47 years of life.
The hotel is being renovated but a very sloppy work quality is visible everywhere. Lose facet, dirty floors and moldy/ dirty corners. Smelly. In addition we were charged $50 deposit that was supposed to be refunded upon departure. I contacted the hotel and was assured that there were no problems and credit was issued. Three days later the deposit of $50 has not been credited yet.
