They over charged my card. The agreed amount was $74.25. When I checked in, the guy said they require a $50 deposit (hold) until check out. I gave him my card to put the hold. That would leave me with a balance of $24.25. The TV would not work and after the guy looked at it, he stated that he will have them discount my room of $20-$30. My bank account shows two charges of $125 and $25. My room was spotless when I left with no damages. I have a receipt for the $74.25. This is very upsetting that they overcharge my card for no reason, are not answering the phone when I try to call, and did not discount for the broken TV like they said they would do.

Requested downstairs days before checkin, get there and no elevator only room available was a pet friendly room which smelled but i was to tired to argue, dirt in chair, crack on wall, damage on ceiling, 2 lamps needed new lightnulbs and mocrowave unplugged. Also bed hard and squeeked with every movement. Hotel does jot care a ut customer service. Walso hotels. Com no help.

Staff was pleasant and courteous. Overall, the room appeared clean. The bathroom floor appeared a little skeevy. Could use a deep scrubbing of the grout. Breakfast not worth it. 2 cereal choices and the infamous waffle maker. No yogurt or fruit

I booked this hotel for my 19 year old as she was visiting from Houston. It didn't say that she had to be 21 to check in, nor a deposit fee on website. I tried to check her in over the phone. I couldn't. So I had to drive 30 miles one way to check her in. It was very frustrating, especially since i had already taken my night meds and it was a struggle to get home.
