The property was as expected. Clean with all the amenites I like for a pleasant stay. The bed was a little too soft for me, but that is a personal preference. Also, I could hear sound from the highway close by. Light sleepers should request a room on the non-highway side of the hotel. My friend is a better sleeper and did not notice the sound. Again, that is something unique to each person.

Unacceptable

Heard loud (and I mean LOUD) whistling from the next room starting at 3am. Called the front desk, complained 4 times asks they finally checked on the room at 10:35am - after I didnt get a wink of sleep. It was a window open in the next room and was so loud I kept telling them there was no way someone was in the room. They still wouldn't check when even walking of the elevator you could hear it on the entire second floor. No one cared. What if someone was hurt, had a serious medical emergency? And we are just not going to check? Unacceptable.

Great experience for a sister getaway.
