We used this hotel as our base when visiting the snooker world championship. It os perfectly located for the Crucible and clos to all the city centre amenities. There is safe private parking in the basement. We didn't use the hotel's food and beverage offer, so can't comment, but the room was quiet, comfortable and clean.

Smart hotel within a short walk of pubs, restaurants, railway station and the crucible theatre. Excellent buffet breakfast and very comfortable rooms and attractive bar.

Bathroom smelt of damp. Very noisy guests with a guest punching a door or wall at 5am. Air conditioning randomly turned on after being turned off. Lights randomly turned on during the night. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable.
