Elevators only 2 work RIDICULOUS- parking garage trash everywhere and outdated rooms smelled like mildew! Rude rude rude staff at front desk. Rolling her eyes and talking under her breath- over charges and over crouted with thugs surprised no one was shot here this weekend machines don’t hit either CRAPPY CASINO

On Tuesdays, the restaurants are all closed. There’s a lot of construction going on out front, but the staff is very friendly overall with a few exceptions. There was a new fella at the deli downstairs Jason or Jaylin, who was doing an awesome job as a new employee. We enjoyed the gambling floor and the games were all very exciting. Lovely town of Shreveport and across the street is to Sandra‘s on the riverfront. The price was excellent and better than a military rate ha ha ha. Thank you for a fun day overall.!

Globs of red hair in the shower. Unclean the beds felt as though there were side boards causing you to roll to the middle. One of the down pillows was so knotted and it felt like rocks. Room was damp and musty. I wont be back for a stay. I may he back to gamle

I was lied to you about the valet parking. I have the phone log. Never again. I hate liars. And 1 towel for the bathroom? Sting my much? I almost died. Took a bath and didn't have a towel for the marble floor so i slipped. Every other hotel i stayed at had 2 towels. I guess you just care about the casino and money. Greedy

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a really long time. The check in wait was long. I finally get to desk and I’m offered a pet flor room by an unwelcoming clerk that didn’t even speak when I greeted him with “good evening.” I declined the pet floor as I’m not a pet person AND my son’s allergies would suffer. I also declined a handicap accessible room. I asked for a cancellation but instead was offered an upgraded room. They gave a suite with an approval via phone. Worst mistake ever. That room felt disgusting! I didn’t want to take my shoes off and certainly refused to use that big beautiful dirty tub. The bathroom floor was dirty too. I laid towels everywhere in there to avoid my feet touching the floors. It’s not just housekeeping but maintenance issues too. The air vent is the bathroom is dusty and rusted. There’s missing caulk around the baseboards. A/c doesn’t work in the room. I’m pretty sure I wasn’t the first guest in that room that experienced a hot a humid night in that old nasty room. It’s like that around the whole hotel. Small things that would take a few minutes to fix/replace like cracked tiles, missing paint, wood scratches in elevators, and a skew of other items that could be handier to help revive an aging hotel competing with the newer nice, clean ones close by. There’s no valet outside or security. I felt unsafe with all the homeless people hanging out. I hated it there.
