The fourth floor reeked of mildew. Bathroom shower rod was falling off the wall. Coffee was terrible in room and at breakfast. Barking dog in room that we shared a wall with. Owners returned at 4 am.

The bathroom door kept swinging open and if you were at the closet you got hit. The phones did not work while I was there. The breakfast buffet was very nice and bountiful. I did not stay long enough on any day for anything to be a problem.

Great location and pet friendly in Shreveport, La.

I will make Holiday Inn Express Park Plaza my home away from home in Shreveport. My room was perfect...comfy bed....fabulouse shower and bath...wonderful breakfast...very friendly and accomodating staff...pet friendly. I give y'all 100 plus..plus. Thank y'all for all y'all do.

Fabulous cinnamon rolls

Great room - 413, sitting area with chairs, tables, & couch, two queen beds, and very clean. Staff was so friendly. There is a cosmetology school next door with fabulous prices on all services...pamper yourself while visiting.
