The room was clean and in an area where there were gas stations, restaurants and shopping. Staff was amazing! Incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel is two miles from the airport, so easy to get to quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Well, I didn’t get in till 1:30 in the morning and I went straight to sleep and got up in the morning and checked out at about 930 so I didn’t really find anything. I didn’t like it was comfortable. It was roomy.

La Quinta Shreveport Airport

My stay at this hotel was wonderful, from start to finish. The front desk team was so friendly and helpful. My room was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and safe. The only downside was the parking - the parking lot is very small so it could be hard to find a spot unless you were lucky enough for someone to be leaving when you were coming in! It’s also a little tight to maneuver in some places if you have a larger SUV.

My key cards never worked. I was constantly going to the front desk to have my keys reset in order to enter my room. I kept sliding the key card several times and it just wouldn’t work. Who wants to keep going downstairs every time you try to enter your room ?

The hotel was great. Friendly staff. Due to a football game, the hotel was packed Saturday night. Front desk was extremely hospital allowing us to park in the front as there were no spaces remaining

The staff was excellent here. It was a packed house this weekend and they had some issues. That said, they handled it with class. On the down note, my uncle got food poisoning from there that morning so that's why I had to drop the cleanliness rating.
