GOOD: Right off the interstate and easy to get into. Staff very nice. About 3mi from shopping. No bedbugs that I could detect. Price. NOT SO MUCH: Room very clean unless you look under the bed. Bed had clean linen but still smelled of bubble gum stripper perfume. Room in severe disrepair. AC on its last leg.

Shabby property. GOOD: Down about 3mi from Walmart and decent shopping. Some restaurants nearby. Right off of freeway with easy access. Excellent rates. Bedbug check was clear (i.e. no bugs). Felt *mostly* safe. NOT SO GOOD: Rates are good because property needs a lot of help. Rooms are clean if you don't look under the bed or mattress cover. Light fixtures missing covers and bathroom fan hanging halfway out of wall. AC OK, but only because it wasn't blazing hot outside.

Terrible outdated rooms. Had staff living there and was right above me. Like they were dancing all day/night. Staff took up the good parking even the no parking zones. In my two week stay the law enforcement was called there twice

I had a neat & tidy room, very clean. Nice small space. Quiet stay. Check-in process was fast & hassle-free. Parking area was well lit. Hotel is located close to all restaurants. Can't beat the price! Gave 4 stars was because the bed was very uncomfortable & caused neck & back pain
