The room was nice and large! The telephone did not work and the television did not work. I had to walk down to the desk and she told me what to do to try to fix it! I did what she said and it still didn’t work! Went back to desk and she came upstairs to work on it! It worked for a few minutes and then quit again! She finally told us all she could to was to give us another room which she did! It was smaller than the other room and not as nice but the television worked!

The train was really close so somewhat hard to sleep, room was either cold or hot, fridge and phone didn't work, however the ladies who checked us in were so nice and welcoming.

Clerks were pleasant. Pool and hot tub were not just dirty, but down right unsanitarily disgusting. Room was clean. Hallways smelled like weed.
