The place was NASTY: Dirty linen and towels. The Comforter had holes on it. Roaches and flies in room. The door didn't close properly and you could see the sunlight from the outside from the door jam. No microwave or coffee maker. The door for the lobby was always closed. I had to get help from a 2'X4' glass window and I could not hear the attendant. He did not make an effort to speak loader. He seemed disinterested on helping me. I eventually tried to read his lips because I couldn't hear a word through the glass window. The minute I walked in the lobby I knew I should turn around and not rent a room. I did not feel safe there. Service was just TERRIBLE. I requested a second room and I managed to bearly hear a second attendant. The second room had ROACHES & FLIES. One of the towels had RED STAINS on it. I seriously don't understand why this establishment is open to the public. I did not like the fact that my driver's license was scanned without my permission. The process seemed unlawful. I will never stay in a Super 7 Inn again. I am shocked that this type of establishment exists in America!

Did not like the fact that people kept harassing me and banging on my door all night and when I called the office for help NOTHING was done about it

I got 3 rooms and in 2 of the rooms the doors wouldnt lock at all. One room was terrible and the power stayed out the whole time we was there.. I later found out that the power was on the whole time and the owners was being a you know what and kept the main power off for all the rooms because they had to actually work due to my family and i having to leave home in Lake Charles because of Hurrican Laura

The first thing the person at the desk asked was if we wanted to see the room because there were no refunds. I had already book through Travelocity so I had already paid. The room was 90 degrees and dirty. There was a beer bottle caps on the floor. It started raining withing 15 minutes of checking in and the room flooded. Water started coming in from under the door. We immediately left for fear we would be electrocuted.

Ratchet

The worst; smoke alarm was chirping, toothpaste in several spots on the sink, and one of the beds looked as if someone made it up in a hurry. People hangout in the parking lot and on the upstairs rails.
