The rooms definitely need some TLC. Two drawers on the chest wouldn’t stay shut. I tried taping them shut, but that didn’t work either. I was afraid I’d trip over them in the night. The shower/tub area looked old and stained. Stains on the headboard, as well. AC worked great. Breakfast was adequate except for the apple juice that needed water added to it to be able to drink it. Super strong! The two desk staffers were pleasant each time we came into the hotel.

The front desk staff was great professional, the hotel served its purpose it just needs quiet a bit of upkeep. I wanted to not blow my vacation budget on a hotel and this place saved me money considering other hotels in the area plus in was in a close area of where we normally hang out.

When I walked into the hotel, I could tell that it was outdated. All the chairs in the lounge/ breakfast area were very old and dirty!!! The carpet throughout needs to cleaned or replaced. The bed was comfortable but again, everything was outdated. Excellent staff though!!!!!!

Don't get your hopes up

Common areas are pretty clean but starting to show signs of age. But once you get past the elevators, things go downhill. 4th floor has NO AC on in August. It's probably mid-80's in the hallway and smells damp. The feel and smell passes to the room but lucklily you can crank the temp down and remove the damp smell from the room. But then you start to notice the cracked tiles, caulk, paint. No shampoo or body wash. The toiled struggles to flush, the sink doesn’t drain. The cast iron tub has a rusted crack in it. Age related problems are abundant. Luckily, staff is great and breakfast is good.

The elevator was horrible, customer service was no where to be seen. Had to be a miracle worker to get into the pool that was the same temperature as the hot tub luke warm at best. Complained about children running and jumping on floor above us who in there right mind puts little kids on the top floor. Breakfast was horrible at best not a lot of options only juice was oj and the coffee don’t get me started. Our room part of the curtains were missing said something to the desk nothing done all in all will never stay there again.

Pretty rough area in town. Didn't feel safe. Saw people walking around the area we did not feel comfortable with. no AC in the small work out room. No cold water, every hotel everyone would expect those two things to work out.

Everything seemed pretty good until we got ready for an afternoon nap. The bed had blood stains on the fitted sheet and once the manger came to change the linens I looked under the mattress cover and found even bigger blood stains on the matress. She gave me another room and it hadn’t been properly mopped nor was the shower gel be refilled. Thankfully I brought my own.

TERRIBLE PROPERTY!

This was the worst Wyndham property I have ever stayed in. Severely dated, bathroom was not clean, terrible stains in the cracked caulking around tub, stains in toilet, hairdryer hanging to the floor because the base was broken, filthy carpet in room and halls, chipped furniture and toilet/tile in bathroom. Lobby was good and staff good but rooms are not. Overpriced for what it was.
