The owner went above and beyond to help me when I was unable to get a taxi to the airport for an early flight. She was incredibly kind and the Palazzo itself was lovely.

We needed an early taxi and the front desk staff ensured she called before she was even required to report for work. The maintenance workers carried our luggage down early in morning. The rooms were lovely. The location is not marked well and a bit hard to find.

We absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Patrizi. The location is perfect, just steps from the main piazza, yet once inside it feels like a peaceful little oasis from the busyness of Siena. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful. We had a little trouble finding the entrance, and one of the women recognized us from our WhatsApp messages and came outside to find us! Inside, classical music, dim lighting, and beautiful fresh flowers create such a warm and calming atmosphere. Our room was spacious and bright, the shower was fantastic, and there was so much attention to detail throughout. We only stayed one night but would absolutely stay again. A lovely experience!

We were so pleased with our luck to find this gem of a property at the last minute! The room was gorgeous a d the staff was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Fresh strawberries and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a special added touch! You will not be disappointed. Located steps away from shopping and Il Campo where there is plenty to see and do…yet the location is quiet and secluded, best of both!!
