The views of this hotel were ridiculous AMAZING , the front desk was very helpful and friendly. It was walkable to restaurants and amenities. The only downside was that the air conditioning was not working and we call the “emergency “ number and still they did not do nothing about it, because of that we need to open the windows and I have a couple of mosquitoes bites and I guess there was a celebration and the noise from outside did not let me sleep well and the fireworks felt louder.

Great welcome, really friendly and helpful staff. Really glad I used their on parking service, given how busy Siena is I would've struggled securing off site parking. The room was nice and bug with absolutely incredible panoramic views.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa del Sole Siena. The terrace offers a stunning view, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and even went above and beyond when one staff member escorted us out of the city on his motorcycle after roads were closed for upcoming celebrations. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Piazza del Campo. Highly recommended!

Everyone was wonderful and friendly. Receptionist helped us to orient to the town and places to eat. Held our luggage while we strolled the town and texted us when the room w as ready. Delicious breakfast, gorgeous room and views. Perfect!

Under the Tuscan Sun experience within the medieval walls of Siena. Views of the Tuscan countryside on one side and the medieval city on the other. Nice walk to all the going ones in the city but a quiet retreat when you are ready for a romantic getaway.

I highly recommend this property for your visit to Siena. They have one of the best views in the city. Amazing terrace, wonderful staff. The hotel is in a fantastic location - 5 minute walk to the piazza. Beautiful! I would recommend to my family and friends.

We loved our 3 night stay in June 2025 coming from Canada. The hotel setting is beautiful. Staff were super friendly and the made to order eggs in the morning were magnificent. They allowed a later checkout to accommodate our schedule. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Property reached out to make sure that we knew how to find them from the station and that we would be able to arrive smoothly. Room was comfortable and cool after a long hot day. Staff was friendly and helpful, view from the breakfast area was marvelous start to the day. Loved the skylight above the bed to let the morning light in.
