One of the closest rentals to the beach in Siesta Key Dream’s portfolio features a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This rental is a 2-bedroom and a studio-suite that combine to become a perfect arrangement for family and friend gatherings. Collectively the unites can accommodate up to 9 guests. The entrance for both are on the same deck, with one door going into the second floor 2-bedroom condo, and the other door opening to a flight of stairs that lead up to the third-level studio-suite.

On the second floor, you’ll see 2 beds and baths with a spacious floor plan that connects a welcoming living room, a dining room that seats 6, and kitchen. Your dining room contains a large sliding door to a private porch facing Beach Road, perfect for your morning coffee. On the third floor, you’ll find a studio-style space fitted with a bathroom, living space, and kitchen. This space also overlooks a private porch surrounded by palms. Siesta Key Dreams is happy to provide free, high-speed internet & Wi-Fi, HD Televisions equipped with live sports & extension channel options via free streaming services, and electric appliances so you will not miss a beat.

Outside on the first floor, you’ll see a shared outdoor space & deck with lounge chairs that is perfect to relax in the shade and enjoy a festive BBQ. The Siesta Key Breeze Trolley also operates on the main roads outside your rental, which is free for all riders and operates 8 AM - 10 PM, seven days a week!

To prep for the numerous beach trips, we provide you with towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets, coolers and carts to transport your items easily! Traveling with your children? Shortly after you secure your vacation rental, you will receive a link where you can book local services experiences provided by vendors throughout the island. Siesta Key Dreams provides golf-carts to rent and mid-stay services such as cleanings, and linen changes.

When available, guests can request flexible booking with early check-in or late check out options. Siesta Key Dreams also offers baggage drop-off prior to your check-in time. You will be able to indicate your preferences in the link you will receive prior to check-in.

Guests will receive a Rental Agreement via email that provides common details about our terms and conditions, such as our no-smoking policy. Before you check-in, and just after booking, we require guest verification. You will receive information after booking and the process only takes a couple minutes. This allows us to provide a safe location for our guests, neighbors, and employees.
