Siesta Key-walk to Crescent Beach, Well-appointed 2BR/2BA condo w/ Pool & Garage

A bright, clean and modern top-floor condo in Paradise Cove, a 14-unit building located on a beautiful, secluded tree-lined street. Property has an elevator and private pool with lounge chairs. Easy walk to restaurants, local shops, grocery store and marina for water sports.

The unit overlooks a beautiful canal surrounded by trees and mangroves. The perfect surrounding to relax and read a book. Comfortably sleeps 4 guests (1 King bedroom and 1 Queen bedroom) with fully stocked kitchen amenities, two TV's with free internet and WIFI. The condo building includes a coined washer and dryer on each floor, and is directly across from our unit for easy access.

Quick walk to USA's #1 beach at either access 12 or 13. Near South end of the key and Stickney Point Road. Our favorite is access 12, because it is close to "Sneaky Tiki" for bathrooms and drinks. Food is awesome there as well

Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a wagon provided for our guests to carry everything you need for a relaxing day on the beach.

Rent a bike and ride two miles to Siesta Key Village or hop on the Siesta Key shuttle to take you to the village where you will enjoy more restaurants, music and local shops.

Unit requires a 28-day rental minimum.
We are excited to share our "Happy Place" with you and are sure you will enjoy it every bit as much as we do!
