The check took too long, the staff was confused.The room was clean, but a cold feeling. No prints or decor. The noise level from the street was too loud both nights. It woke me up throughout the night, I even went outside to see all the goings on. I most likely will not return when I am in Silver City.

The view was beautiful from most rooms and the outside deck. Air conditioning and heat worked out fine. Staff was helpful during check-in and was knowledgeable about the area. The unit was clean and comfortable. There was no breakfast served.

I only stayed one night. I thought the managers’ were friendly, efficient and very customer service oriented. One manager spent 15 minutes to get my TV work again! Would stay there again.

Our room was clean but had a musty smell. Super disappointed in the breakfast. The coffee was mediocre. The breakfast options were fruits and cereal. There was a waffle iron but no waffle batter available. There was not a staff member in sight this morning to even inquire about breakfast issues.

Clean room, outside entrance w/ease of access to vehicle..makes loading & unloading convenient. Larger fridge with functioning freezer was an unexpected surprise that most higher end hotels don't even have. Loud beeping from neighboring room & a lot of noise from whatever device is above the front window, unable to locate staff to check out & get invoice.
