Great simple but acceptable motel with reasonable rates in Silver City, NM.

Property was okay. The tub leaked, there were only two towels, carpet and bedspread were stained. We were charged an additional amout checking in 45 minutes early.

We arrived within 15 min of checkin. Thwy only had one person to clean rooms so.many people in line and rooms were not ready. I wouldnt stay here.again. no toilet paper. Noisy.

Mid century property has been well maintained -- of course the room entrances are exterior but that is s really no problem. Beds and breakfast were quite satisfactory. This is certainly a much better deal than the chain motels nearby and I would stay there again. Clean and quiet it is.

The room was not cleaned. We had a late check in. When walked in room looked decent beds were made. After settling in and going to shower, toilet had not been cleaned, human feces around the toilet bowl, shower had not been cleaned, then we notice the fitted sheet had dirt.. informed the front desk person but it was like oh who cares Ill informed the staff.

This property is just fine. However, I had four rooms before I finally checked into my room. The first room air conditioner made a loud noise. The second room was not made up. The third room had a man sleeping in it. However, the fourth room worked.
