The person at the fromt desk was incompetent. It took forever to check in because the guy in front of us was using multiple cards and she couldn’t do it. I’ve stayed here previously and it must have changed hands. It’s gone way downhill in every way. We will not be back.

I would not recommend staying at the LuLu Hotel in Silver City. During my stay, I discovered bed bugs in the room. I reported the issue to the front desk but the lady was unapologetic and dissmisive given how serious the problem is. I did talk to the manager, who was out of town and he said that they will resolve the issue I have photos documenting the infestation, and I am in contact with corporate to request a full refund. Now I have to take extra precautions to make sure the bugs didn’t come home with me. The property needs to address pest control and cleanliness immediately before accepting more guests. Until that happens, I strongly advise others to stay elsewhere

Good staff. Room could use updating in the bathroom but was still a good accommodation for the money. We stayed early in the week and have heard it gets noisy on weekends but we had a nice quiet stay. Breakfast was not until 7:30, would be nice to have Coffee earlier since the Coffe pot in the room didn’t work.

Dead cockroaches-everywhere! The clerk refused to give us a key because it even though it was after 2pm check in was @3pm. Less than an hour. We didn’t want to be in the room just needed a key because we had an event lasting until after midnight…. Oh until we paid an extra 20.00. Cold, rude, unfriendly. Would absolutely NOT recommend. AVOID at all costs. Terrible.

Terrible Smell in Room

Room smelled like either old smoke or mildew had settled into the old carpet. There was salsa(?) on the nightstand, the tub was not clean, no tissue, only 1 hand towel, and the bathroom light stopped working. The bed was actually comfortable.
