Welcome to Good Elevations,

Sensational home offering the utmost quality and craftsmanship in the prestigious Three Peaks development. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide jaw-dropping views of the Colorado Rockies and massive, custom crafted, log trusses descend from the 25 ft ceilings. Other features of this luxurious home include an oversized kitchen, 5 luxury suites, 2 decks, and a large patio to enjoy the tranquility of this mountain setting. The Raven Golf Course and numerous world-class ski areas are also just minutes away. Bring your dogs with you, this home is pet friendly with an additional fee of $100 per day per dog with a maximum of two dogs.

At over 5,100 sq/ft spread across three expansive living areas, there is ample space to accommodate your entire group while allowing for complete enjoyment of the tranquility, relaxation and luxury of this awesome custom home. This private home has just joined our program and has never been a rental before. Bring the groceries to prepare gourmet meals. You will be creating memories for your family and friends.

Located with a short 20 to 30 drive to 4 major ski resorts. Easy drive to Keystone, A-Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain. Drive a little further and you can be in Vail or Beaver Creek.

Hiking Trails run right though the Three Peaks Development. You can hike from the front door into the surrounding national forest. Other summer activities include fly-fishing and sailing. The gold medal Blue River is world renown for its monster trout. The nearby Dillon Reservoir, which is in view from the home, features Pontoon rentals, sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing.

Return after a day on the slopes or hiking trails to the private hot tub or the game room at this fabulous home.

There is an outdoor gas fireplace on the lower level porch along with the large private hot tub. The grill and patio furniture are located on the upper level deck. Both the deck and porch boast incredible views of the Silverthorne valley. You can see from Keystone to Breckenridge.

The main floor master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath. The bath has a jetted tub and dual headed shower with an additional rain fall shower head from the ceiling. Boasting similar views to the living area you also have a private deck.

The large upstairs bedroom is great for kids. With 2 twin bunks and another twin over double bunk there's a total of 6 separate beds in this bedroom. This bedroom also features its own TV and chairs with and ensuite bathroom.

There are three additional bedrooms down stairs.

The first downstairs bedroom is considered the second master. It has its own exit to the deck with great views of the Silverthorne valley. It has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a large bubble bath (not jetted). This bedroom has a King Bed.

The second downstairs bedroom has a Queen Bed with an ensuite bath shower/tub combo.

The third downstairs bedroom has two twin beds.

There is a bathroom with a shower and door that leads out to the hot tub area. The shower features a steam generator.

Spacious House with Excellent Views

This is a very spacious house that can accommodate large families or groups (up to 12 according to the listing). The kitchen is well furnished with almost all necessary cooking & dining needs.Make sure to read the provided instructions for how to operate many of the homes unique appliances, including: microwave, oven, fireplaces & hot tub.If any problems with anything during your stay the property management has requested you contact them immediately to resolve any issues.

Amazing stay in Silverthorne!!!

We had the BEST time staying at this house! Plenty of room for all of us! The views are unbelievable and the house is stunning!! Great communication with the property manager - although - you will not get access information to the house until the day you check in - it unnerved me a little bit but we got in no problem so don't worry about that! Highly recommend this beautiful home! Hope to come back next year if it's available for our dates!

Perfect house!

Amazing property!!!

This place was simply amazing!! We were there for an annual ski trip and I highly recommend this rental! The property managers were top notch and the rental was incredible! The views on a sunny day are second to none - I could stare out that window at that view all day! This is only a 5 minute drive to Silverthorne or Dillon (with a spectacular view of both at night). Skiing wise you can see Keystone from the rental and it's a reasonable drive to Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, Abasin, and even Vail (we drove to Vail to ski 3 days and it wasn't bad.) We loved the place and I highly recommend it! The hot tub, pool table, and amenities were first class - this is an annual trip we do and one of the best rentals we've experienced!

Fantastic house

Came to Silverthorne for a few days to play golf with friends. The house is wonderful and has all the items for any family traveling for vacation. Nice quiet street and beautiful views of the mountains. House was spotless and well decorated. We loved the pool table and fire pit. Would definitely stay here again when back in the area.

We had 6 different families for a work retreat stay here. Everyone had their own space with their room/ bathroom but nice common areas as well that we could all hang out in. Lots of fun stuff to do in the house and a relaxing porch to hang out on. Very clean and well stocked house!

The best time!

We stayed in the house for a ladies' summer get-away and the house was perfect! There was something for everyone with the fire pit, billiards, nearby hiking, and plenty of epic bathrooms. The views from the house are entirely underestimated in these photos!!

Great property slight hitch with pre arrival communication

The property was terrific - quiet and serene. Made for a great summer time vacation spot. The major hitch for me was no communication (access code to property) from Sky Run prior to arrival which added a lot of stress. Follow up with them provided an appropriate response. The source of the issue was a "glitch" in their system.

Immaculate Property

We had a group that came up to celebrate a birthday and Engagement weekend. The house is immaculate. A nice open floor plan up and downstairs. Great for group entertaining with ample space. Comfortable sleeping accommodations. Beautiful views all around as you sit at the top of the hill in Silverthorne. Large driveway but some parking shuffling had to occur as you can't park on the street in the winter. Overall, parking was not an issue. We had an absolute blast and will never forget it. Highly recommend as I could not imagine a better place to stay.

This property was so beautiful and spacious, and had an array of amenities to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking for large groups. And the views were unreal. We would definitely stay here again.

Family ski trip

The property is beautiful and the location is amazing what made me give you less than five stars was we’ve arrived with no driveway shoveled or walk shoveled and we had to trudge through that in the ice and snow trying to unload our things. The other thing was the bed in the master bedroom is a adjustable bed but only one side of the adjustable bed works making it really uncomfortable for the person on the other side other than that the property was beautiful it’s amazing space for big enough for huge families gatherings in the property is well taken care of

The hone is beautifully appointed & served as a great base camp for both snowmobiling, skiing & offers great logistics with Whole Foods within 5 miles ! We had a great time & really enjoyed hiking the path next to the house - Eagles Nest Trail ! Love everything about it ♄
