Villa Bonita Brenda is a modern and spacious residence, ideal for families and groups seeking comfort, elegance and leisure moments in the Algarve.



The living and dining room, spacious and bright, provides a welcoming environment and invites family gatherings or time with friends.



On the ground floor there is a room with two single beds and a private bathroom, as well as a service bathroom, offering practicality and comfort in everyday life.



On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, all en suite with shower, and a bedroom with two single beds accompanied by a bathroom with shower, guaranteeing maximum comfort and privacy for all guests.



On the lower floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, ideal for those seeking a more private and peaceful space.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, offering all the functionality necessary to prepare and enjoy family meals.



On the exterior, the villa features a spacious leisure area with a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals, as well as a heated swimming pool (additional cost) and a jacuzzi (additional cost), which complete the relaxation and wellness setting. It also has a games room equipped with a snooker table and table football, as well as private parking.



Located in a quiet area of Armação de Pêra, close to the beach, bars, restaurants and the lively seafront avenue.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.

Great location and beautiful house

Villa Bonita Brenda is a stunning, modern house located in a peaceful area of Armação de Pêra. It’s close to excellent local beaches, shops, and places to eat along the boulevard. The house is very well insulated and quiet inside, with bright, open spaces. The private parking on-site was also very useful since we rented cars to travel around the region.

Perfect for big groups

We traveled as a large group of friends and this villa was absolutely perfect. The open-plan living room is huge and very welcoming, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook for a big group. The outdoor barbecue area and outdoor dining table made our evenings very special. Having a bedroom on the lower floor was also great for those who wanted a bit more quiet. Excellent property!

Fantastic and spacious villa!

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Bonita Brenda with our extended family. The house is incredibly spacious, modern, and clean. Having so many en-suite bedrooms gave everyone their own privacy. The highlight for us was definitely the outdoor area with the pool and jacuzzi, and the kids absolutely loved the games room with the pool table and table football. The location is very peaceful but still close enough to walk to the beach and town. We couldn't have asked for a better place!

Every room in this house feels premium. Most of the bedrooms having their own en-suite showers made getting ready in the morning so much faster for our large group. Amazing outdoor space and amenities

The villa itself is beautiful and very modern, but the outside is where we spent most of our time. We paid extra to heat the pool and jacuzzi, and it was worth every penny, especially for relaxing after a day at the beach. The games room kept everyone entertained in the evenings. The neighborhood is very quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep, but you are just minutes away from the lively seafront.

The house was exactly as posted. Clean and well supplied. The kids had lots of fun in the heated pool. The property is located only a short walk from the fabulous beaches, restaurants and shops. Family reunion

Great place for a family reunion. Close to the beach, in the middle of the Algarve, pool, lots of room, well equipped kitchen, beautiful space for a large group. Pool guy was great, cleaning staff excellent. Needs a few things fixed: gate to parking area didn't work, fridges missing shelves and freezing open, toilet water leaking into pool, pool skimmer didn't work, air conditioner in one room didn't work. All reported on the first day but not fixed in a month stay.

Friends and family joined me at this lovely villa for two weeks to celebrate a special birthday. I was so happy when we arrived. The location is perfect. The photos on the website were accurate. And more importantly the write up of the villa was spot on. We were able to walk to the beach (about 10-15 minutes) and many restaurants. Armação de Pera is very centrally located in the Algarve for day trips. The villa is very nice and well appointed. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, glassware, cups, coffee maker, electric kettle, and numerous cooking pots and pans. Since the Villa can accommodate up to 20 people, there are two refrigerators and adequate seating. The pool area was fantastic and we spent quite a bit of time outdoors there. I would recommend paying to heat the pool. All in all this was a fantastic place. I highly recommend it for groups. Communications with Algarve Vacations was excellent. I would definitely use them again.
