The rooftop view....WOW!!! I couldn't wait to get out there with my coffee every morning and watch the parade of boats sail by. This property is meticulously kept and a pleasure to stay at. The host was helpful and communicative. The room was spotless (shout out to Helene!), beautifully decorated, and the bed soooo comfortable. I appreciated having access to a washer and dryer. If you are reasonably fit, you don't need a car tho it IS about a 20 minute walk down to the beach and back up the hill. The walk felt safe and was enjoyable.The nearby restaurants and bars on the beach make it easy to stay close to this home base. The Pelican Grill happy hours (1-3 pm) are great value as is the Greenhouse lobster special. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Host was welcoming but the property was not well described and pictured, we were very disappointed as the pictures showed the pool and we thought the units were surrounding the pool but we were facing a large tree NOT a garden and a deck that fit 2 chairs while sitting knees would hit the railing, we were secluded at the back bottom of property while all 5 other units had view of pool and view of stmaarten, disappointment is an understatement, we believe we were misled by the pictures, we have pictures which we can share to support the information we have shared

Isa was a great host and was always available for any questions. She was very accommodating when our flight home was delayed.
