Great staff , Kei and Ganes from the main restaurant were excellent. Super well equipped .. the main lift system was extremely fast and efficient..never had to wait more than a few seconds Great gym and pool too Only comment with breakfast was that I didn't like the coffee. Almost perfect. The staff were incredible - really really polite, friendly and helpful. I’ve not experienced this level of service anywhere else. Docked one star because the bars don’t open until 5. Not a problem for many people but when you’re on holiday (me at least), and you fancy a relaxing glass of wine or a beer (or a soft drink), you’d expect this. Otherwise outstanding
