Останавливались на неделю с маленьким ребёнком. Расположение до моря прекрасное- 45 секунд. Тихо, соседей было не слышно. Пляж и бухта очень красивые и не многолюдные. (Только на выходных приезжают городские и становится заметно шумнее, но это всего 2 дня) Есть прекрасный ресторан в пешей доступности. Небольшая проблема с продуктовыми магазинами и нет банкомата чтобы снять деньги. Все это в ближайшем городе.

Fantastisch!
Das Objekt entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Andrea ist ein Super Gastgeber; er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat alle unsere Anliegen betreffend Wohnung sofort angenommen. Zusätzlich hat er uns bei den Schwierigkeiten mit unserem Auto ausserordentlich tatkräftig unterstützt. Wirklich nur zu empfehlen! (Ohne Auto nicht zu benützen, deshalb nur 4 Sterne))

Super emplacement !
Maison mitoyenne sur 2 niveaux avec une proximité avec la mer juste parfaite pour laisser la voiture au parking de la résidence et s'y rendre à pied ! Pour des vacances sans stress c'est l'idéal ! La maison est bien équipée avec un électro-ménager récent et la terrasse arrière est super pratique pour tous les repas. Petit bémol pour la clim de l'étage qui est située sur le palier donc pour les chambres c'est moins pratique. La douche pour les grands gabarits sera peut être juste. Mais c'est pour nous ,une location très agréable pour des vacances tranquilles.

Schöner Urlaub in Solanas
Alles ist genauso wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist eher klein, aber für einen Urlaub perfekt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Strand in der Nähe ist super. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Egal um was es ging, er hat uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Einfach perfekt. Vielen Dank Andrea

Erholung pur!
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit unserem 3 jährigen Sohn haben wir hier 2 wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Andrea hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und alle fragen schnell beantwortet. Das Haus hat eine schöne und ruhige Lage mit einer gemütlichen und liebevollen Einrichtung. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Der ca. 1km lange Sandstrand ist für Kinder hervorragend geeignet. Solanas selbst bietet 2 Minimärkte für fast alle notwendigen Dinge des Alltags. Die nächste Stadt Villasimius mit größeren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist ca 15min entfernt. Eine Empfehlung können wir für das Meeresfrüchte-Restaurant Da Barbara geben, sehr köstlich! Wir waren dort gleich zwei mal essen.

Sardinien ist unbedingt noch einmal eine Reise wert.
Wir waren in den ersten beiden Oktoberwochen in Solanas. Solanas ist ein kleiner Ort mit einem wundervollen Sandstrand und dem besten Fischrestaurant S.Barara der "Welt". Das Haus befindet sich in einer Anlage mit unmittelbarem Strandzugang, für einen schnellen Sprung ins Wasser ist also genug Zeit. Vom Schlafzimmer mit Balkon aus, kann man den Blick auf das Meer bei einem morgendlichen Kaffee oder einer Runde Yoga genießen. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen kleinen Garten und dahinter einen kleinen Innenhof. Egal wo man sich aufhält, man fühlt sich wohl. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist neuwertig. Gute Matratzen, Waschmaschine, neue Küche mit Spülmaschine, großem Kühlschrank, dolce Gusto, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Grill, alles ist da. Nur die Dusche ist ein wenig eng, aber dass ist nun mal Urlaub. Die Betreuung von unserem Vermieter Andrea war einzigartig. Wir haben jede Menge Info zur Hand bekommen bzgl. der Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um Solanas und guter Restaurants. Fazit: der Urlaub war super, das Haus toll, die Strände wunderschön, und die Sonne war jeden Tag da und hat unsere Haut geküsst. Sardinien ist unbedingt noch einmal eine Reise wert.

Schöner, ruhiger Urlaub
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub in Solanas. Andrea hat uns bereits vor Ankunft kontaktiert und uns mitgeteilt, wann die Wohnung fertig ist, er würde uns zur Überbrückung der Wartezeit auch einen Tisch im Restaurant reservieren falls wir früher dran sind. Check-in funktionierte einwandfrei, die Wohnung (Reihenmittelhaus) ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und großem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Andrea hat uns extra noch eine Kaffeemaschine vorbei gebracht. Man hat 2 Terrassen und einen Balkon, von dem man auch das Meer sieht. Zum Strand sind es wirklich max. 100 m, ein schöner, ruhiger Strand mit etwas grobkörnigerem Sand und nach ca. 5 m ist man komplett im Wasser und muss nicht ewig weit reinlaufen. Es sind an allen Fenstern und Türen Mückenschutzgitter angebracht und in der Wohnung Ultraschall-Mückenvertreiber installiert. Leider waren die Mücken wohl schwerhörig und in Überzahl und haben uns ganz schön geärgert. Man sollte trotz allem genügend Mückenschutzmittel mitnehmen. Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne und ruhige Wochen, haben sehr nette Menschen und Solanas als kleinen und ruhigen Ort (in dem man trotzdem alles hat !!) kennengelernt. Wer flachere Strände mit schneeweissem Sand mag, kann diese in kurzer Zeit erreichen, Villasimius ist ca. 10 km entfernt. Nach Cagliari ist es ca. 1 Std. Fahrzeit, überhaupt kann man im Umkreis von ca. 1 Std. Fahrzeit sehr viel sehen. Allerdings ist ein Auto schon von Vorteil. In Solanas kann mal aber alles auch zu Fuß erreichen. Wir werden sicher nicht das letzte Mal in Solanas gewesen sein und möchten Andrea danken. Er hat immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles passt und sich gut um uns gekümmert, sowohl persönlich als auch über Whats-App.
