The beauty of the villa is also found in the rustic, traditional and tasteful furnishings.
The villa is spread over two floors and has several terraces, some with access from the bedrooms.
the living area consists of a large living room with bar corner, a private dining room, a kitchen with a second dining room, pantry room, bathroom with shower.
The upper floor consists of 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower.
It will be a pleasure to be able to eat outside, make a barbecue in comfort and in a real barbecue. the large, private, fenced outdoor area also has an outdoor bathroom, garden table and chairs and an outdoor veranda to be able to be outdoors.

Amazing
This is a real home, cozy, lived in and looked after. We felt welcome and very comfortable. The hosts were friendly, helpful and very professional. There is a beautiful beach a short walk away, the area is safe and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing family holiday!

Tolle, geräumige Villa
Die Anreise konnten wir flexibel mit Andrea abmachen und wir wurden herzliche empfangen. Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt 5 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern und haben sehr gut Platz gefunden. Dank des Tores am Eingang blieben die Kinder stets im Blickfeld. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und in wenigen Schritten ist man am grossen Strand von Solanas. Am Wochenende ist viel los dort, aber unter der Woche ist es eher ruhig und man hat sehr viel Platz. Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns mit Tips zu Stränden, Restaurant, Shops usw. geholfen. So konnten wir die Zeit sehr geniessen. Die ersten Tage waren mit über 40° Aussentemperatur tagsüber in der Nacht jeweils etwas sehr heiss. Es hatte zwar ausreichend Ventilatoren, aber aufgrund der extremen Wärme war es schwierig zu schlafen. Die zweite Hälfte der Woche war aber angenehmer, da nachts auch Wind wehte und die Temperaturen etwas tiefer waren. Einen kleinen Abzug würde ich machen, da nicht ausreichend identisches Geschirr vorhanden ist für 9 Personen. Man findet kaum zwei gleiche Tassen oder Gläser. Alles in Allem aber sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden wieder kommen.

Piacevole soggiorno a Solanas
La villetta ha un ampio spazio esterno adatto per cenare all'aperto; è molto vicina alla spiaggia e a due lidi attrezzati. Non c'è aria condizionata, ma la presenza di ventilatori in ogni stanza da letto consente di rinfrescare sufficientemente gli ambienti. All'inizio di luglio non abbiamo trovato molte zanzare, ma è auspicabile che il proprietario metta zanzariere alle finestre.

Comoda abitazione vicina alla splendida spiaggia di Solanas. Centro tranquillo per vacanza in relax.Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi per gruppo di 9 persone. Posizione ottimale per visite Costa Rei e dintorni

eine entspannte Woche
Wir, 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder, haben eine tolle Woche im Haus von Andrea verbracht :-) Die Nähe zum Sandstrand war mit den Kindern perfekt! Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet! Auch im Außenbereich war viel Platz für die Kinder zum Spielen. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea war reibungslos und er hatte sehr viele tolle Tips für uns. Vielen Dank :-)

La maison est grande et confortable et conforme au descriptif La douche extérieure très apprécié Très proche de la mer (5 minutes à pied) Pour 2 familles de 9 personnes, un lave vaisselle aurait été un plus Le seul bémol : les moustiquaires sont toutes abîmées La plage est propre et la mer magnifique Notre avons vraiment apprécié notre, hôte, disponible et toujours prêt a nous donner des conseils et suggestions . Excellentes vacances reposantes et ensoleillées !!

Tolles Haus am Meer
Ein sehr schönes geräumiges Haus in Strandnähe. Die Räume sind wunderbar eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in 4 Minuten zu erreichen, was für Familien mit Kindern sehr von Vorteil ist. Die Absprache mit dem Vermieter Andrea hat super geklappt. Er war jederzeit Ansprechbar und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Vielen dank dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus empfehlen.

Großzügiges Haus in Strandnähe
Schönes, geräumiges Haus mit Stil. Wunderschöner Strand nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Nur der Garten könnte noch etwas schöner gestaltet sein.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Abstrichen
Das Haus ist innen, wie auf den Photos zu sehen, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Es befindet sich in sehr kurzer Entfernung zum sehr schönen Strand (ca. 150m), der, außer am Wochenende, nicht sehr voll war. Das Haus könnte jedoch außen einmal einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Die Mückengitter an den Schlafzimmern sind fast alle löchrig. Wir hatten zu Beginn des Urlaubs auch mehrfach Besuch von Kakerlaken. Trotz dieser kleineren Mängel hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

C'è spazio per tutti!!
MAGNIFICA dimora! Curata nei minimi particolari, fresca, spaziosa sia dentro che fuori, a due passi da un mare trasparente e da una spiaggia di sabbia, libera o attrezzata. Abbiamo passato due settimane, in 8 persone...Tutti hanno trovato il loro spazio, senza alcun problema di "sovraffollamento". In piu', Andrea (la persona che gestisce la casa) è una specie di TripAdvisor locale: conosce tutto e tutti, consiglia straordinariamente bene e in modo estremamente accurato. Da parte nostra, consiglieremmo solo di aggiungere una lavastoviglie (quando si è numerosi è sempre comoda), qualche sedia a sdraio nel portico (per la siesta, ovviamente!) e di cambiare le zanzariere. Un accenno al villaggio si Solanas: adatto per quelli che non vogliono casino! E' un piccolo villaggio senza grandi pretese ma in una posizione ideale per raggiungere altre spiagge, Villasimius o altre città piu' grandi. Manca qualche servizio (non c'è un bancomat, ad esempio, e nemmeno un supermercato) ma è possibile trovare tutto quello che serve nei negozietti all'angolo, dove si può anche scambiare un paio di chiacchiere con la gente del posto. Ci ritorneremo!
