Front desk met and helped with our luggage and very friendly. Got into room and TV did not work and the door handle came off in my husband’s hand when he went to the front. When he returned to the room he pushed on the door and it opened (no let required). Then noticed at bedtime no deadbolt on the door so put items in front of door for the night

Everything was nice and clean and the breakfast was good as well. The price was good. Would stay again. We had about 2 inches of snow and the sidewalk did not get scooped. Just makes it more snow to haul in the building.

I have stayed here previously and it was comfortable and quiet as it was this time as well. No remote for the TV when I arrived, went to desk to ask and they gave me a remote with new batteries, still didn't work, went once again and the new one didn't work either. Desk chair sunk almost to the floor so couldn't use it to work on my computer. May need some attention to details but it was clean, affordable, comfortable and safe. Breakfast was good as well.

Our stays have always been wonderful. We stay for Medical purposes and if we need to add extra days there has never been a problem. They also are very accommodating to us. Plan on staying there again

This might be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Mold in the shower, room not as advertised, bed was hard as a rock, and the blinds didn’t even fully cover the window.

Nice room

I was appalled at the pile of garbage right outside the main entrance plus a very dirty rug in the entryway. Once inside there was a large garbage can right by the door. The man working at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Even came to my room to help me figure out the TV. The room was very nice and clean.
