Decent for the price. Room clean and comfy but upper hallway reeked of marijuana all the time, worse at night. Hot tub was not hot. Breakfast was basic.

The cleaning staff did the best they were able. Bedding was clean, towels stark white, bathroom scrubbed. There was a distinct mold/mildew smell that was coming from the air unit. The air vent in the bathroom looked as though it hadn’t been wiped down or blown out in months.the carpet definitely needed a steam cleaning. It felt almost like it had been wet and dried crunchy. We stayed at this same location last year but the upper level, they had to have been updated. We did not have the same experience this year as last.

The first room we were assigned had a very heavy urine smell to it, so we went back to the desk. The person at the desk was apologetic and promptly gave us another room. The second room was clean and comfortable, but the hallway near it had a musty/moldy smell to it (not noticed in the room). Breakfast had a good variety and was tasty.

This was the first time I've stayed in an AmericInn and I was very impressed with the cleanliness, decor, breakfast served and the staff. The staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend staying here.

Satisfactory stay.

Older hotel, friendly manager, not fancy but clean. Missing liquid soap in the the shower, hand soap bottle, was glued to sink counter, but was able to pull it off and pass to wet person in the shower. Free coffee in lobby 24/7. Pool was open very late, 10 or 12 PM, kids seemed to be enjoying it. Overall just OK for me, you get what you pay for.
