Enjoy this wonderfully remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath townhome that is just steps off of 41st St! This place has recently been remodeled to make is cozy and comfortable, with all new appliance, furniture, and flooring! It is quiet enough to have a peaceful stay away from the noise, yet also within 2 blocks of over a dozen restaurants!



This space also has a 1 stall shared garage that comes with it, and a backyard to let your kids or pets run off some energy!

Great stay!

This home was perfect for our visit to Sioux Falls for a travel softball tournament. It was conveniently located to all of the fields as well as to shopping and groceries. The two living rooms were perfect for adults and teens to have their separate areas to hang out. House was well stocked. Everything was clean and appliances are all new!

Sioux Falls Wedding

House worked perfect for what we needed; there were six adults and we were in town for a wedding. The ceremony was at the Cathedral and reception was at Blue Haven. Would definitely stay again!
