I travel to see a specialist in Tea South Dakota, I specifically chose this hotel due to hot tub options for my pains and hot breakfast, I did enjoy the hot tub and the whirlpool in my room, the bed was a bit too firm for me woke up with lower back pain, but the pillows were nice. I was extremely unhappy that I woke up early to get ready for my appointment and at 9 am before leaving for my appointment I went to get the hot breakfast and there was absolutely nothing available except gravy, not a single omelette like I was looking forward to or biscuits only thing available was cereal bars and cereal I grabbed a cereal bar extremely upset about it because it’s loaded with sugar and I’m not supposed to have that much sugar, I went to my appointment and traveled back home starving the plan was for that hot breakfast to tie me over til I got home, from now on for my continued appointments I will look into other hotels in Sioux Falls or something.

Needed to dust the top of the refrigerator, but shorter staff couldn't see up there. Everything else was in good condition, and hot tub was very relaxing.

I have the property a 3 but the property it’s self is a 5, my room was amazing, clean and everything was great until I went to sleep! The sound of the heater kicking in and out last night was like hearing muffled truck reviving its engine for a few minutes then quiet and then it would start up again!! This facility is amazing and the staff are wonderful their heater I give 3 stars! It was noisy but my room was nice and warm!!! Still recommending this property to any and everyone!!

Less variety than a lot of hotel breakfasts. The only complaint is that I’ve come to anticipate shampoo in the showers, so no longer carry it with me. What was supplied was a TINY bottle of shampoo conditioner, with a seal smaller than a pencil eraser, which was only identified when in the shower with wet hands, and literally spent three minutes, trying to get it off or punctured (which did not happen.) Other than that little glitch, the facilities were excellent.
