App said I was reserving a 2 Queen suite. It said it on all of my confirmations also. The hotel had it as a single bed suite. Ended up getting stuck with a 2 Queen regular room. The front desk person seemed a bit lost, she kept saying they have a new system and couldnt get the key cards to activate for the first room that was the wrong room and then struggled for 20min trying to place me in a 2 bed room and then struggled again with the key cards. The parking was easy but the lot was a terrible ice rink... Glare ice, put some sand down or something. Everything in the room was beat up furniture was beat up, walls were beat up, big hole where the shower head comes out of the wall. At this price point I guess I just thought the room would be in a little better shape. The shower faucet squealed like a fire alarm the entire shower? Basically the hotel needs to step up their game and do some sorting stuff out. Was it my worst hotel experience... Absolutely not. The breakfast staff were on top of restocking and everything was prepared pretty well. Was it the worst at this price point?? It very well may be. I have stayed at many hotels that were much cheaper that were significantly better than this.
