Relax and unwind at the official Milk and Cookies House, well equipped with all the essential amenities you'll need to have a sweet stay! The outdoor area boasts an official corn hole set up and the downstairs has a game room featuring ping pong, foosball, and an infinity game table.

@themilkandcookieshouse Each room has been thoughtfully designed with fun modern decor to enhance your experience. The bedrooms include 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Bed on the main floor, and 2 Queens upstairs. Extra places to sleep include two couches (both of which are not sofa beds).

The main living room stretches open to the dining area. If you're looking to relax and chill, our house offers 3 Roku TV’s so you can bring your own log in info to catch up on your favorite shows while sinking into the extra long sectional in the basement.

The kitchen is well equipped with plates, bowls, mugs, cups, utensils, and essential cookware to meet your cooking needs!

This house has everything you need for an unforgettable stay!

House rules:
Due to ALLERGIES this is a PET FREE environment. If an animal is brought on property, you will be charged a $1,000 fee to professionally remove pet dander.

No SMOKING inside home or garage. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, vaping, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. A $1000 fine will be billed to the card on file if this rule is broken.

Quiet hours start at 10 pm out of respect for the neighbors. Any activities in the home or on the property must remain "low-key" and non-disruptive.

*Note: (Cornhole available seasonally from March to October weather permitting.) Please note we are in the process of growing grass in the backyard.
*Restaurants, shopping, & entertainment are a short 6 min drive to downtown, 3 blocks to Sanford Hospital, 1 min to to Midco Aquatic center for swim meets, tennis playground & rec. area, minutes from Country Club, Golfing, Zoo, Augustana, University of Sioux Falls, and Denny Sanford Arena.

You will be given access to the house with your own door code!

Early check-in?
We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for your stay! Assume check-in will be at 3 pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

Late Check-out?
No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time.

Is this a shared home?
No. The entire place is yours to enjoy.

Do you offer a cleaning service?
Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just message us!

Birthday weekend

Came to town to help celebrate my adult daughter’s birthday weekend. This house was perfect to hold a larger group with outdoor and indoor games/activities for us to do while we spent time at the house. Centrally located. Would stay here again

Comfy beds, fun basement!

We stayed for 3 nights and slept so well in the comfy beds. I would recommend the home for a close family due to the location of bathrooms in the house. The basement was great to keep my kiddo entertained with the game table and ping pong.

Cozy Historic Charm

The house is older, but has been slightly remodeled, cutely decorated, and furnished with new amenities. The location was good, close to airport and convention center. For future renters- beds were extremely firm, and the second full bath is in the basement, not near bedrooms. Hosts provided a guide book and communicated well. Lots of activities for families or groups to play if desired.

Great place to stay

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and updated. The host was very quick to reply when I had a question. There is a coffee pot and a keurig, there was coffee but no keurig cups. I feel if there is a keurig there should be the cups to put in it or a mention to bring some.

Host thought of everything!

Not only is this property beautifully appointed, it was exceedingly clean and had so many little "extras"! We enjoyed the game room in the basement and the high end, quality furniture made relaxing a breeze. Carrie communicated effectively and timely and even let us know the house was ready before check in. We will certainly re-book this property for all of our upcoming trips to the area.

A MUST stay

What a charming home this is. The couch downstairs, my goodness, so soft and comfy. The bedroom area upstairs, we loved it. All the games in the basement were pretty cool. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The gaming area in the backyard is something I have never seen before and it is awesome!

Pizza and more

This property was amazing - lots of room and open space in the house - was perfect for our group of 8 people, ranging from 16 to 80 years of age. Everything was so clean and uncluttered. The beds were wonderful and the house was very nicely decorated. One of the highlights was definitely "the bidet" - great topic of conversation. We enjoyed the games in the basement, ranging from table tennis, foosball and an electronic game. Many shouts and yells of fun came from down there. A downside, if there was one, would be that the two bathrooms - one on the mainfloor and one in the basement. Would like to have had one on the second floor where the largest bedroom was but we did just fine with it. May be a bit more difficult for those who don't do steps well. There was a small leak in the basement floor which the landlord took care of very efficiently and even sent us pizza for lunch. Carrie had the technicians at the house within a half hour and they took care of the problem. Then she called and sent over pizza with all the fixings for lunch. Totally unnecessary but enjoyed very much. It rained every day we were there but we managed to work around it. Had a couple of very competitive bean bag games in the backyard. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. Thank you,, Carrie, for making our stay memorable.

Great stay @ the Milk & cookies house!

Our group really enjoyed our stay at the milk & cookies house. The range of games / activities to do in the house were wonderful and created many laughs throughout the evening. We adored the personalized note and snacks waiting for us in the kitchen, very thoughtful. Carrie was always a message away if there were any concerns or questions and replied right away. Hope to be back someday!
