Hello Travelers! This house is a newly decorated and furnished second level of a two-unit Duplex. To access the second-floor unit, guests will need to climb some stairs. Centrally located, it is close to Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, and the Great Plains Zoo. Great living area with a big king and two twin memory foam beds!

The place is great — clean; comfortable beds; automated lighting in the stairway; convenient clothes washer/dryer in basement. If we need a 2-bedroom place in Sioux Fall again, we’ll definitely check if Rubin’s place is available.

Great hosts and a wonderful unit. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen and the beds were very comfy. The location is very central to all of Sioux Falls. We will be staying here again in the future.One note, the review forced me to pick something about skiing with no way to skip that question. I am guessing AI saw Villa and though skiing. As anyone that has ever been to Sioux Falls knows, you do not go there for skiing.

Lack or drawers to put items. Bedroom closets are mostly unaccsible as that furniture and beds are in the way. Dresser insteaf of desk in main bedroom would be nice

Cute upstairs apartment

Apartment was very clean. The shower head was tall - which we love as tall people! No need to duck to wash your hair! Lots of hot water and great pressure in the shower! A/C worked great and beds were comfortable.Check in process was easy and communication with the host was great!

Cozy City Apartment Feel

Our room was located nearby most of the activities we had planned to do. The room we had was an upstairs one with a bay window & such a cozy layout. The hot water was great for the shower & water pressure was ok too. The pillows at this place were the most comfortable we've ever had & the bed itself is huge.One downside is the airplane noises, & some traffic noise. We carry a white noise machine with us & that solved those issues for us. Other than that..we definitely will choose this place again!

We were here for a week of medical treatments. The location is within walking distance of the hospital. The property is fully stocked and cozy. The fireplace is an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Graduation Celebration

We had a delightful stay! I appreciated all of the conveniences—bath and bed linens, iron/ironing board, cookware and all kitchen needs, comfortable beds, and a comfy area for playing, visiting and relaxing. Kitchen table seated 3. The location was very close to the college for the graduation ceremony and other area attractions. We enjoyed visiting the aquarium while there with our 22 mo. old grandson. The host checked in often to make sure our needs were met. I would highly recommend this property!
