Splendid holiday apartment directly on Lake Garda, with a large panoramic swimming pool and direct beach access, in the heart of Colombare di Sirmione.

Located within a quiet and well-maintained lakefront residential complex, this fully air-conditioned apartment spans two levels and is ideal for families or small groups, accommodating up to 4 adults and 2 children.



On the first floor there is a bright living area with a comfortable sofa, TV, dining table and access to the balcony.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and everything necessary to enjoy your stay in complete independence.

Also on this level are a double bedroom with wardrobe and TV, a small bedroom with bunk bed perfect for children and a complete bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washing machine.



From the living room, a staircase leads to the upper mansard floor, characterised by a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Here guests will find a second double bedroom, an additional bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and above all a splendid habitable terrace with lake views, one of the apartment's strong points.

This large covered outdoor space can be completely opened or closed laterally, allowing you to enjoy lunches, dinners and moments of relaxation in every season.

The terrace also has a dining table, lounge area, refrigerator and a practical kitchenette with hob, sink and work surface.

Great rental with kids, tough check in

Would be 5 stars but checking in is difficult because the parking space and the rental unit are not marked and we were forced to wander around trying every door ubtil we found them which wasted a lot of time.Aside from that, the unit was clean and mostly well-cooled. The upstairs bedroom was too hot and never cooled down so if you have too many guests for the downstairs then some people will be very uncomfortable.The pool was very clean and well maintained just as in the photos, and there is direct access to the walking/bike path along the lake where you can also swim. EXCELLENT choice for families with children!

Nice apartment, poor management

Above average apartment on the lake in a nice resort area. However, arriving after dark at 8 PM and retrieving the keys from a lockbox at the management office, we faced six buildings with four apartments each and no clue which is the rental. Called the emergency office number and the clerk had no idea which it is. Eventually I went through the first two buildings and found the manager logo on an upper floor door. This unpleasant beginning set the tone for the review.

Das Anwesen war sehr gepflegt. mit einem Tor für Fremde unzugänglich. soweit perfekt. die Tiefagarage war für uns nicht verfügbar, da das Tor nicht zu öffnen war (obwohl es zugesagt war), auf unsere Rückfrage hin wurde irgendwann nicht mehr geantwortet, somit haben wir draußen geparkt, wo jedoch ausreichend Parkfläche zur Verfügung stand. Kommunikation sehr eher mangelhaft, obwohl ich die Sprache spreche und die Vermittlung auch sehr gutes englisch beherrscht. Sauberkeit der Wohnung für mein Empfinden eine Katastrophe. (Beispiel die Sitzkissen auf den Stühlen des Esszimmertisches, waren regelrecht beidseitig verschmutzt, Haare bei Ankunft im Bad auf dem Boden usw. usw. ) Genereller Zustand der Wohnung selbst eher mangelhaft. Geschirr ein Sammelsurium, Kaffeemaschine nicht funktionsfähig, Ordnung in den Schränken war ebenso eine Katastrophe ....Die Bilder in dem Inserat halten nicht das was sie versprechen, zumindest nicht was die Einrichtung und die Wohnung betreffen, die Anlage und die Lage sind allerdings TOP !Bilder kann ich auf Anfrage gerne zusenden. ....

Gut: die Lage ist top. Direkt am See mit direktem Seezugang (nicht Kleinkindgeeignet). Schlüsselübergabe und Finden der richtigen Wohnung hat bei uns gut funktioniert. Die Anlage macht äußerlich einen guten und gepflegten Eindruck.Weniger gut: der Pool ist umzäunt und wir hatten keinen Schlüssel dafür. Die Wohnung war schlecht geputzt (vor allem auf dem Dachbalkon viele tote Insekten), Grill war verdreckt. Wir haben dies gleich nach Ankunft reklamiert und es wurde kurzfristig nachgebessert. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Geschirr/Gläser alles zusammengewürfelt. Küche ist sehr klein, Lampe hängt halb runter. Kühlschrank schließt schlecht. Im oberen Schlafzimmer keine Nachttischlampen. Es müsste ein bisschen investiert werden, um alles wieder flott zu machen.

Perfekter Ausgangsort für den südlichen Gardasee

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön mit Sicht auf den See. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Da sich die Ferienwohnung auf zwei Ebenen verteilt, die auch jeweils ein eigenes Bad haben, ist sie sehr gut für zwei Paare geeignet. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit der Agentur verlief reibungslos und man war sehr bemüht um uns. Wir können einen Aufenthalt dort nur empfehlen. Die Lage war übrigens sehr ruhig und ein Supermarkt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
