The apartment, located on the second floor, welcomes guests with the spacious and bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and dining table with chairs. In the same space there is a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. Through a French door in the living room, you access the private terrace with a view of the condominium garden below. The apartment continues with the master bedroom furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, television and window. Via internal stairs located in the living room it is possible to access the attic situated on the upper floor. The latter, thanks to the installation of a folding door and roller blinds, enjoys good privacy and presents itself as an excellent relaxation area, equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, table with chairs and a rotating computer stand. The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, sanitary fixtures and hairdryer.

The pearl of Lake Garda is what the marvellous city of Sirmione is nicknamed. Starting from the city's historic walls, you begin to discover its beauty with a visit to the Scaliger Castle and its Darsena. Next to the Castle begins the panoramic road that runs along Lake Garda, which offers truly unforgettable views. For cycling enthusiasts, it is possible to take part in an itinerary discovering Lugana Wine whilst pedalling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the thermal centre offers everything needed to regenerate and find serenity and wellbeing, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Also not to be missed are Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events and the marvellous beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.
