Points forts : PropretĂ©, commoditĂ©s, Ă©tat et installations de l’hĂ©bergement et communication.
Gute Unterkunft, perfekt fĂŒr zwei Personen, einfach aber modern eingerichtet und wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit scheinbar saniert. Alles wichtige was man zum ĂŒberleben braucht ist vorhanden (HandtĂŒcher, Seife, WĂ€schestĂ€nder, Putzequipment, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Besteck, Geschirr, Pfannen uvm.). Sehr freundliche Besitzerin die direkt ums Eck wohnt (das wir erst um 21.30 zum Check-in gekommen sind war so z.B. kein Problem). Kommunizieren kann man mit ihr wunderbar per Telefon oder WhatsApp. In die Stadt muss man ein StĂŒck laufen, oder besser mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Im gesamten ein gelungener Aufenthalt 👍

Kleine Ferienwohnung in einer Seitenstraße mit eigenem Parkplatz. Die Wohnung scheint relativ neu renoviert zu sein. Leider ist die Ausstattung der KĂŒche sehr, sehr spartanisch. Selbst GeschirrtĂŒcher und SpĂŒlmittel waren nicht vorhanden. Die blaue Couch im Inserat ist ein Klappbett fĂŒr zwei Personen, nicht gerade bequem, da man wie auf einem Campingbett schlĂ€ft. Der Außenbereich macht eher einen ungepflegten Eindruck... Wenn man lediglich ĂŒbernachten möchte ist es okay, aber nicht fĂŒr einen lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt geeignet

Prachtig huisje en schoon van binnen.

Pros: Lekker koel in huisjes met een goede airco. Huisje was schoon en van binnen goed onderhouden. En de contactpersoon is goed te bereiken en vriendelijk, behulpzaam. Cons: De ligging viel me klein beetje tegen. Recht tegenover zat een autogarage met ‘s nachts een waakhond waardoor je soms wel wakker werd van het geblaf. De tuin was niet netjes onderhouden. Onder de trap lagen vuilniszakken. Jammer dat het niet even opgeruimd werd voordat de gasten kwamen. Helaas was er geen waterkoker voor thee te maken (was ze wel mee bezig hoorde ik achteraf) en geen koffiezetmachine. Terwijl ItaliĂ« toch ook wel van de koffie is. Helaas maar 1 raam met een rolluik buiten, en bij de voordeur en raam aan de zijkant niet. Waardoor je ‘s morgen om 6:00 uur al wakker was. Dit wel opgelost zelf met vuilniszakken en plakband waardoor we toch nog iets konden uitslapen. Dit allemaal positieve feedback waar ze wat mee kunnen. Want heb wel een super vakantie gehad.

Nette Vermieterin, Lage ruhig Apartment hat alles was man braucht, eventuell noch eine Kaffeemaschine :)? Hatten es aber mit einer Espressokanne gut gelöst. Immer wieder gerne !

GemĂŒtliche Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht.

Pros: Klein aber fein, schnuggeliches Appartement, mit allem was man braucht. Sehr ruhig gelegen, mit eigener Terrasse und netten Nachbarn. Parkplatz direkt vor der HaustĂŒr. Christina unsere Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell am See und wir konnten tolle Fahrradtouren, umgeben von Weinreben (den Lugana Weißwein sollte man unbedingt probieren) und Apfelplantagen. Auch Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer NĂ€he.
